Account Coordinator

The position

Savi Solutions provides an integrated platform to customers, enabling smarter decisions and loss preventions.  The Account Coordinator will be responsible for specific territory/accounts focusing on the process post-sale to installation complete.  This position will work closely with multiple teams within and outside of the company.  We are looking for a “go-getter” excited about this emerging technology.  The Account Coordinator will need to be able to communicate effectively and with great detail with all the appropriate parties involved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the process from sale to installation complete
  • Create installation work orders
  • Create equipment list
  • Manage and help find 3rd party installers
  • Getting Installs scheduled in a timely manner to making sure they are fully completed
  • Support Technical Support
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose tier 1 customer support tickets
  • Manage the process of 3rd party contractors being paid and customer’s being invoiced

  • Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to prioritize queued tasks, requests, and assign out to ensure timely completion
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Able to take job ownership to get job completed with little to no follow-up on each task
  • Work well with others
  • Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
