At Savi, we believe in people. And we believe that if people are empowered with autonomy, powerful tools and opportunity, they will continually surprise others and themselves with how much they can achieve. We are striving to empower our people, to build powerful tools that empower our customers to continue achieving their goals.
About Savi
Savi Solutions is a cloud-based video management system that helps forward-thinking restaurant, retail, and convenience store operators be one click away from their locations. Savi’s easy-to-use cloud-based platform gathers data from cameras, sensors, point-of-sale, and other connected devices, and enables daily data-driven decision-making to decrease internal loss, improve scaled operations, and increase brand compliance. Savi’s plug-and-play software gives businesses the ability to connect their existing hardware to the cloud and easily search video events across their locations from any device.

Engineering Spotlight
We believe that building great software is a team sport and that we need a great team in order to deliver. We look for great teammates in addition to great engineers. We value openness, working well with others, helping others who need it, and actively seeking help when you need it. We work to provide continuous mentoring, coaching, and opportunities to learn and grow individually, and as a team.
We are a remote first Engineering team and have been for years. We believe the most important things are a clear vision, the people, and healthy teams. We believe in autonomy and treating people like adults. We have regular hackathons, team games, and have a flexible, fun work environment.
Our commitment to growth and excellence has led our team to presenting at ElixirConf for multiple years running, DevOpsDays conferences, CodeBEAM, and The Big Elixir, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a remarkably talented small team, and make an outsized impact to the technical success of the organization tackling difficult problems across different domains.
