What you will do
- Write clean, scalable and idiomatic code.
- Lead the technical vision for the team’s platforms and products and lead design discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects

As a Product Marketing Intern, you will bring a creative and entrepreneurial mindset to communicating with our prospects, customers, and partners. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the strategy and execution of content marketing, lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, customer research, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams, working under the guidance of our experienced product team and our product-focused CEO. What you will do
- Lead creation of Product Marketing assets, ranging from one-pagers, event materials, slide decks, case studies, and other tactical sales materials

About the Role

As a Client Success Representative (CSR) at Savi, you will help ensure that our clients have a great experience with the Savi software. CSR’s are responsible for training, onboarding, and ensuring continued success for Savi clients. On the CSR team, we work to constantly up-level customer service and make Savi the obvious choice. What you will do
- Conduct regular health checks on existing accounts- POS integration health, camera mappings, camera timing, accurate audits and events- create service tickets with support and engineering and see them through to resolution.
- Address customer product related issues and requests ie. cameras down, no audio, user management, pull video etc.
- Monitor incoming API Tokens and enter into CRM/ Admin for the corresponding account/ location (Par Brink, Toast)
- Map register cameras and ensure transactional data is flowing.
- Monitor the onboarding funnel in the CRM and update records.

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for specific accounts, focusing on the process post sale to installation complete. This position will work closely with multiple teams within and outside of the company. We are looking for a detail oriented “go getter” excited about this emerging technology. The Account Coordinator will need to be able to communicate effectively and with great detail with all the appropriate parties involved.

What you will do
- Install security, access control, and surveillance hardware at customer sites
- Manage and help find 3rd party installers during installation
- Support onsite technicians and remotely configure customer surveillance, alarms, and access control
- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer support tickets
- Configure hardware and prep for installation
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including; digital authentication, remote access, secure Wi-Fi, and wired connectivity to the internal network.
- Support users on applications and tools within the environment including; Office Suite, RSA, Cisco Communication tools (Webex, Jabber, Acano), Mac and Windows OS.
